You know we’re fans of all the Rhizome Productions beer festivals, you don’t want to miss them. There’s a new one this year, the inaugural Tennessee Volksfest! The Volksfest will feature German bier, food and good times this weekend. Traditional German biers from Franziskaner, Hofbräu, Krombacher and Spaten will be flowing all weekend. The Gerst Haus will be serving up the food, you know that’s great.
The event is in Centennial Park this Saturday Noon to 11pm and Sunday Noon to 7pm. FYI… last call is a half-hour before the end. There will be traditional bier garden seating for you and 999 of your closest friends. You don’t need a ticket to get in, just tokens to get bier and food. Tokens will be only $5 each.
