It’s brewery birthday season. It’s like that time in late-September when your Facebook birthday page is full of friends’ birthdays. There are a lot of folks born around September 25th! (Think about it a minute, you’ll figure it out.) Not sure what it is, but this is the time of year to start a brewery. In the last couple months there have been celebrations for Black Abbey, Fat Bottom, Jackalope, Tennessee Brew Works, and Cool Springs has one coming up. It’s also time for Yazoo’s birthday, and they know how to throw a party. The crew at the Yazoo Brewery and Taproom have big plans this year for the brewery’s 11th birthday. This year, Yazoo goes to 11.
The taproom will be open extra hours this Saturday, Oct. 18, from Noon to 10pm. The Yazoo team will be conducting special After Dark Tour, get your tickets in advance here. There will be food trucks, giveaways, and of course, beer. To top if off, Yazoo will be showing This is Spinal Tap!
11 is one better than 10, so don’t miss it.
