MadTree Brewing Teams Up with Youth Villages to Bring Beer, Build Community
Cincinnati brewery believes beer builds community and community builds beer
NASHVILLE (January 25, 2018) – MadTree Brewing is coming to the Nashville region on Monday, January 29 to take root in the community by sharing their beers and supporting local nonprofit, Youth Villages of Middle Tennessee. The brewery, known for their PsycHOPathy IPA and Lift Kölsch, is partnering with Youth Villages to support their mission to help children and families live successfully.
MadTree will host a series of launch events at local bars and restaurants to introduce their beers and raise money and awareness for the charity. MadTree will join local Nashville brewery, Black Abbey, for a joint tap takeover at Germantown Depot on January 31 where $1 of every draft beer sold will be donated to Youth Villages. Also, a special ticketed fundraiser event will be held at Kuchnia & Keller on February 2 with a beer tasting, food, and an opportunity to meet the brewery owners while learning more about Youth Villages. Youth Villages provides help for children who face a wide range of emotional and behavioral problems with the primary goal of finding permanency for each child, either returning home with biological parents, finding a foster/adoptive home, or in the case of older youth, transitioning successfully into the community. A private nonprofit organization, Youth Villages’ mission is to help children and families live successfully. Regardless of which Youth Villages program a child participates in, their approach centers around strengthening the child’s family and support systems.
